AT-X (TV Network)
is a Japanese anime television network owned by AT-X, Inc. was founded on June 26, 2000 as a subsidiary of TV Tokyo Medianet, which is (in turn) owned by TV Tokyo. Its headquarters are in Minato, Tokyo. AT-X network has been broadcasting anime via satellite, cable, and IPTV since December 24, 1997. AT-X broadcasts many '' Comic Gum'' anime adaptations. ''Ikki Tousen'', ''Ah My Buddha'' and ''Juden Chan'' were shown on this channel first, before they were rebroadcast on Tokyo MX. As a premium channel, AT-X is also known for showing uncensored versions of several anime like ''Juden Chan'', ''Ah My Buddha'', ''Girls Bravo'', ''Elfen Lied'', ''Mahoromatic'', ''High School DxD'' and ''Redo of Healer'', which would normally get censored on free-to-air television because of the large amounts of mature content. is a Japanese light novel series written by Ichiei Ishibumi and illustrated by Miyama-Zero. The story centers on Issei Hyodo, a perverted high school student from Kuoh Academy who desires to be a harem king and is killed by his first date, revealed to be a fallen angel, but is later revived as a devil by the red haired devil princess Rias Gremory to serve her and her devil family. Issei's deepening relationship with Rias proves dangerous to the angels, the fallen angels, and the devils. ''High School DxD'' began serialization in Fujimi Shobo's ''Dragon Magazine'' in its September 2008 issue. The first volume was released on September 20, 2008. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yuki Amemiya and Yukino Ichihara. It is set in a fantasy world with different laws, kingdoms, gods and magic. It was serialized in ''Monthly Comic Zero Sum'', a josei manga magazine published monthly by Ichijinsha. Seventeen ''Tankōbon, bound volumes'' have been released by the publisher. The manga was originally licensed by Go! Comi for release in North America, but they stopped publishing in October 2009 and Viz Media has since picked up the license for the series. The series has a monthly one hour time slot per episode (46 minutes of actual episode) rather than the standard weekly half hour time slot. Each episode consists of about 35–40 minutes of the titular Tsubasa's and Hikaru's school lives, and is typically concluded by about 5–10 minutes of fighting alien monsters called Maguar. The main theme of this series revolves around Tsubasa growing up and learning how to cope with life events, such as the loss of her mother and her familiar environment, than the fighting present in each episode.
