Radio Broadcasting
Radio broadcasting is transmission of audio (sound), sometimes with related metadata, by radio waves to radio receivers belonging to a public audience. In terrestrial radio broadcasting the radio waves are broadcast by a land-based radio station, while in satellite radio the radio waves are broadcast by a satellite in Earth orbit. To receive the content the listener must have a broadcast radio receiver (''radio''). The Rede Aleluia (Hallelujah Network) is 64 affiliated Brazilian radio stations network owned/rented by the UCKG (Universal Church of the Kingdom of God) in 22 of the 27 states, that cover 75% of the Brazilian territory mostly in southeastern region, and also there is an internet radio version on its site. Caruaru is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Pernambuco.
