AMGTV is an American family-oriented television network featuring television programming consisting of drama, sports, movies, entertainment, how-to, hunting and fishing, children's shows, and other features, much of it repackaged from off-network and first-run syndication. The network is owned by the American company Access Media Group. AMGTV provides programming to television stations in the United States. AMGTV also syndicates several movie packages and music specials to stations outside their affiliate base. The president of AMGTV is Terry Elaqua. Access Media Group
Access Media Group, legally Learning and Skills Television of Alberta Ltd., which also served as the corporate brand until 2005, was a privately held Canadian broadcasting and multimedia group based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada specializing in learning-based media, originally majority-owned (and later wholly owned) by CHUM Limited. It owned four television channels, a multimedia distribution company, and a school for continuing education and personal growth. AMG's headquarters are situated at Enterprise Square in Edmonton, Alberta. At the time of the company's founding in 1994, it was 60% owned by CHUM Limited. On February 15, 2005, CHUM purchased the remainder of the company. The company had been owned by CTVglobemedia (later became as Bell Media since June 22, 2007 as a result of its takeover of CHUM; and AMG was wound up into CTV Limited (the renamed CHUM Limited) in 2008. Angel's Friends
''Angel's Friends'' is an Italian comic series created by Simona Ferri that debuted in March 2007. On 12 October 2009, an animated series of the same name premiered on Italia 1. A second season of 52 episodes was announced in January 2011 and premiered in Russia on 29 April 2012. A television film, ''Angel's Friends – Tra Sogno e Realtà'' (''Angel's Friends: Between Dream and Reality''), premiered on 23 April 2011. In the United States, the show is available via NBC, syndication and many local stations air the program on their secondary subchannel service to fulfill FCC mandates (at least three hours of E/I related material per week). ''OK! TV'' is an early evening magazine programme which was broadcast on Channel 5 between 14 February 2011 and 16 December 2011. It was a brand extension of celebrity title '' OK! Magazine''.
