ACS Hușana Huși
Asociația Clubul Sportiv Hușana Huși, commonly known as Hușana Huși or simply as Hușana, is a Romanian football club based in Huși, Vaslui County, founded in 1968 and currently playing only in the youth competitions. Hușana Huși was founded in 1968 and named after the local shoe factory, ''Hușana''. Over time the club mainly operated besides a local factory, hence the frequent change of name, from Hușana to ''Steaua Mecanica'', from ''Metalul'' to ''FCM'' (during the 2000s, when the municipality became the owner) and back to Hușana in the 2010s. The club is based in Huși, a town well known in Romania for its wine production, hence one of the club's nicknames as "the Team Between the Vineyards". Despite that, Huși, as well as Vaslui County have a delicate financial situation, hence the inconsistent results of the team, over the years. Stadionul Municipal (Huși)
Stadionul Municipal is a multi-purpose stadium in Huși, Romania Romania ( ; ro, România ) is a country located at the crossroads of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. It borders Bulgaria to the south, Ukraine to the north, Hungary to the west, Serbia to the southwest, Moldova to the east, and .... It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Hușana Huși. The stadium holds about 5,000 people and have 1,500 seats. The stadium was opened in the 1950s by the demolition of some vineyards belonging to a priest. Initially the arena had only a wood stand, but in time it suffered upgrades and renovations, the most recent was in the summer of 2019, after the promotion of the team in the Liga III. The seats were also fitted during the 2019 renovation, when the locker rooms were also renovated, as well as the front of the stadium and the spaces that exist under the stands. Haralambie Eftimie (born 1 September 1934) is a Romanian former football forward and manager. He played for teams such as Dinamo Bacău, Dinamo București, Știința Craiova and FC Argeș Pitești, also winning two league titles with Dinamo București. As a manager, Eftimie worked for CS Botoșani, Electroputere Craiova, Dinamo Slatina or Steaua Mecanica Huși, among others, with the latter managing to achieve the highest performances in the club's history. Asociația Sportivă Viitorul Vaslui, commonly known as Viitorul Vaslui, was a Romanian football club based in Vaslui, Vaslui County founded in 1976 and dissolved in 1990. Their main rival it was Mecanica Vaslui, a club who which was founded as Viitorul but who dropped this name in 1983. History The club was founded in 1976, in the commune of Moara Grecilor, near to Vaslui, under the name of Inter Moara Grecilor and played at the county level until 1983. Renamed as Inter Vaslui, the club promoted to Divizia C winning Vaslui County Championship at the end of the 1982–83 season. Club Sportiv Municipal Flacăra Moreni, (), commonly known as Flacăra Moreni or simply as Flacăra, is a Romanian football club based in Moreni, Dâmbovița County. The team was founded by English and Dutch engineers from the local oil rig as ''Astra-Română Moreni'' in 1922. During the communist period, Flacăra was taken over by the Securitate with the involvement of director Tudor Postelnicu, who had previously worked as an iron lathe operator in the city. In the 1988–89 season, the club finished fourth in the top flight and earned a place in the UEFA Cup. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top Romanian football league system, football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The 1989–90 Cupa României was the 52nd edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Dinamo București against Steaua București. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. First round proper matches are played on the ground of the lowest ranked team, then from the second round proper the matches are played on a neutral location. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes in extra time, if the scored is still tight after 120 minutes, then the winner will be established at penalty kicks.
