ABC Album
''Plymouth Playhouse'', aka ''ABC Album'', is a half-hour US television anthology series. Fifteen episodes aired on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) from April 12, 1953 to June 21, 1953. Some of the productions were live while others were filmed. It was hosted by David Cook. ABC, which had a reputation for producing shows that were not as good as their competitors, CBS and the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), used this program featuring top notch casts to audition possible series in the hopes of gaining sponsorship for the 1953 TV season. American Broadcasting Company
The American Broadcasting Company (ABC) is an American commercial broadcast television network. It is the flagship property of the ABC Entertainment Group division of The Walt Disney Company. The network is headquartered in Burbank, California, on Riverside Drive, directly across the street from Walt Disney Studios and adjacent to the Roy E. Disney Animation Building. The network's secondary offices, and headquarters of its news division, are in New York City, at its broadcast center at 77 West 66th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Vincent Price
Vincent Leonard Price Jr. (May 27, 1911 – October 25, 1993) was an American actor, art historian, art collector and gourmet cook. He appeared on stage, television, and radio, and in more than 100 films. Price has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, one for motion pictures and one for television. Ralph Nelson
Ralph Nelson (August 12, 1916 – December 21, 1987) was an American film and television director, producer, writer, and actor. He was best known for directing '' Lilies of the Field'' (1963), '' Father Goose'' (1964), and ''Charly'' (1968), films which won Academy Awards. Life and career Nelson was born in Long Island City, New York. He served in the Army Air Corps as a flight instructor in World War II. Wendell Reid Corey (March 20, 1914 – November 8, 1968) was an American actor and politician.
