Ayiri Emami
Ayiri Emami ( born April 26, 1975) is a Nigerian businessman, politician, and philanthropist, the chairman and chief executive officer of A & E group, a company with investments in oil and gas, construction, haulage, entertainment and the hospitality industry. His first title was conferred on him by the Olu (king) of the Warri kingdom, Olu Atuwatse II. When his successor Ogiame Ikenwoli ascended the throne, he conferred on Ayiri Emami the title Ologbotsere (prime minister) of the Warri kingdom. He was suspended as Ologbotsere by the Ginuwa 1 Ruling House on 30 March 2021, and on October 5 2021, the Olu Ogiame Atuwatse III recalled his right to the title Ologbotsere. However, Prince Yemi Emiko who was instrumental in paving the way for Ogiame Atuwatse III to become king has openly come out to say Emami's suspension was done in error. The Niger Delta is the delta of the Niger River sitting directly on the Gulf of Guinea on the Atlantic Ocean in Nigeria. It is located within nine coastal southern Nigerian states, which include: all six states from the South South geopolitical zone, one state (Ondo) from South West geopolitical zone and two states (Abia and Imo) from South East geopolitical zone. All Progressives Congress
The All Progressives Congress (APC) is one of the two major contemporary political parties in Nigeria, along with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Founded on 6 February 2013 from a merger of Nigeria's three largest opposition parties, the party came to power following the victory of party candidate Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 presidential election. This marked the first time in Nigerian history that an opposition party unseated a governing party and power was transferred peacefully. Warri South West
Warri South West is a Local Government Area in Delta State, Nigeria. It was created in 1996 and has its headquarters in Ogbe-Ijoh, an Ijaw community. Warri South-West Local Government Warri South West has an estimated land area of and a population of 116,681 from the census of 2006 but this population has grown since then. It is home to the Itsekiri and Ijaw ethnic groups in Delta State. The city of Warri is an oil hub within South-South Nigeria and houses an annex of the Delta State Government House. Warri City is one of the major hubs of the petroleum industry in Nigeria. Warri and her twin city, Uvwie are the commercial capital of Delta State with a population of over 311,970 people in 2006. The city is the indigenous territory of Urhobo, itsekiri and Ijaw people. The Delta State University, Abraka - popularly known as DELSU - is a State government-owned university in Nigeria with the main campus located at Abraka, Delta State and it's sub campus at Oleh. The Kingdom of Warri, Warri Kingdom or Iwere Kingdom, (Itsekiri: ''Oye Iwere'') was established in 1480, was part of the Nigerian traditional states ancestrally based in Ode-Itsekiri, Warri South LGA, Delta State, Nigeria with a palace erected in 1950s in the multi-ethnic city of Warri, Warri South LGA, Delta State, Nigeria. South South, Nigeria
The Federal Republic of Nigeria is divided into six geopolitical zones, commonly just called zones. They are a type of administrative division grouping the country's states, created during the regime of president General Sani Abacha. Nigerian economic, political, and educational resources are often shared across the zones. The six zones were not entirely carved out based on geographic location, but rather states with similar ethnic groups, and/or common political history were classified in the same zone.
