Australia's Next Top Model (season 4)
The fourth season of ''Australia's Next Top Model'' premiered on 22 April 2008 on Fox8. Auditions were held during October and November 2007 across Australia. Host Jodhi Meares returned for the fourth series along with judges Alex Perry and Charlotte Dawson, while Jez Smith left the show due to scheduling commitments. Two different guest judges were included at panel every week. The contestants were housed in an $8 million waterfront mansion, located in the southern Sydney suburb of Port Hacking, which the contestants moved into on 25 January 2008. The prizes for this season included a one-year modelling contract with Priscilla's Model Management in Sydney, an all expenses paid trip to New York City to meet with top international agencies, a Ford Fiesta Zetec, a one-year contract to be the face of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, and an eight-page fashion spread in ''Vogue'' Australia. Byron Bay, New South Wales
Byron Bay ( Minjungbal: ''Cavvanbah)'' is a beachside town located in the far-northeastern corner of the state of New South Wales, Australia on Bundjalung Country. Collette Mary Ann Dinnigan (born 24 September 1965) is an Australian based fashion designer. Born in South Africa, Dinnigan moved to New Zealand, then Australia, where she obtained work with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. She opened her own range in 1990, with the launch of a dry-clean only lingerie collection, and was the first Australian to launch a ready-to-wear collection, in Paris in 1995. Megan Kate Gale (born 7 August 1975) is an Australian model and actress. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Gale won a model contest when she was 18 in her home town. Rowville is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 27 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Knox local government area. Samantha Downie (born 21 November 1987, in Melbourne, Victoria) is an Australian model, who participated of the fourth cycle of ''Australia's Next Top Model''. Australia's Next Top Model Downie was a contestant on Australian reality show, ''Australia's Next Top Model'' in 2008. Downie was considered the "dark horse" of the series by the judges but Downie performed consistently throughout the series.
