Vice Admiral Atul Kumar Jain PVSM, AVSM, VSM is a retired Indian naval officer who served as the 2nd Vice Chief of Defence Staff of India. He assumed the position on 28 February 2021. Previously, he served as Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command of the Indian Navy. Career He was commissioned in the Indian Navy in July 1982. Vice admiral is a three-star flag officer rank in the Indian Navy. It is the second-highest active rank in the Indian Navy. Sainik (English: Soldier) is a 1993 Indian action film directed by Sikander Bharti. It stars Akshay Kumar, Ashwini Bhave and Farheen. Plot This movie is about an army officer named Suraj Dutt (Akshay Kumar), who is the son of Yashpal Dutt ( Anupam Kher). Suraj goes to meet his sister Minnie in at a women's college before he falls in love with Alka (Ashwini Bhave). They get married soon, but Suraj is called for a year-long mission. While he is away a message arrives that Suraj has been killed. Minni, Alka and Yashpal each learn about this, but don't tell each other as they feel each other will die upon hearing this. Meanwhile, Minni is about to wed Vijay (Ronit Roy), but on the day of her wedding, she is kidnapped.
