Atlantic Hockey
The Atlantic Hockey Association (AHA) is an NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey conference which operates primarily in the northeastern United States. It participates in the NCAA's Division I as an ice hockey-only conference. Unlike several other college athletic conferences, Atlantic Hockey has no women's division, though it shares some organizational and administrative roles (and two universities) with the women's-only College Hockey America. It was formed in 1997 and began play in the 1998–1999 season as the hockey division of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). Within three years, it was granted an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. However, in 2003, Iona and Fairfield dropped hockey, leaving Canisius as the only full MAAC member that sponsored hockey. Air Force Falcons Men's Ice Hockey
The Air Force Falcons men's ice hockey team is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I college ice hockey program that represents the United States Air Force Academy. Paul Zanette
Paul Zanette (born April 8, 1988) is a Canadian-Italian professional ice hockey player. He is currently an unrestricted free agent who most recently played for the Indy Fuel of the ECHL. In 2011, while playing for the Niagara University Purple Eagles, Zanette was named the Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year, and was a selected as a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. Playing career Not selected in the NHL draft in 2011, Zanette signed as a free agent with the Rockford Ice Hogs of the American Hockey League for the 2011–12 season, where he started the season until assigned to the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL. Cory Conacher (born December 14, 1989) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL). Jacques Lamoureux
Jacques Lamoureux (born June 14, 1986) is an American professional ice hockey player who previously played for the Alaska Aces in the ECHL. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he is also a contracting officer in the United States Air Force previously assigned to the 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska Lamoureux is currently a major assigned as an instructor in the Department of Management at USAFA.
