Atemlos (Schiller Album)
''Atemlos'' (German for "Breathless") is the sixth studio album of German electronica and global pop artist Christopher von Deylen under his principal project, the band " Schiller". The album was released on 12 March 2010. The album contains 30 new compositions from Schiller, including two electronic symphonies in 5.1 surround sound. It was internationally marketed as Breathless. Like Deylen's earlier albums, ''Atemlos'' features collaborations with other international artists. Anna Maria Mühe, Jaki Liebezeit, Odette Di Maio, Midge Ure, Kate Havnevik, Anggun, Lenka, Mia Bergström, Kim Sanders and Henree contribute vocals to the album. The first single, "Try", featuring Nadia Ali, was released three weeks before the official album launch date. Schiller (band)
Schiller () is a German electronic music band that rose to fame in 1998 and is named after the German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller. Originally, it was a duo consisting of Christopher von Deylen () and Mirko von Schlieffen. Around 2001 or 2002, von Schlieffen left the band, leaving von Deylen the solo member. Schiller won the ECHO award in 2002 for the Best Dance Single of the Year with "Dream of You". Schiller has sold over 7 million albums worldwide. Christopher von Deylen does not provide any vocals for Schiller productions himself. Kim Sanders (born October 24, 1968 in East Chicago, Indiana) is an American singer and songwriter based in Germany. Sanders began to release singles as a solo artist in 1994 and wrote songs for other musicians. In 1993 and 1994, she released three of her singles, "Show Me", "Tell Me That You Want Me" and "Ride". James Ure (born 10 October 1953) is a Scottish musician, singer-songwriter and record producer. His stage name, Midge, is a phonetic reversal of Jim, the diminutive form of his actual name. Jaki Liebezeit (born Hans Liebezeit; 26 May 1938 – 22 January 2017) was a German drummer, best known as a founding member of experimental rock band Can.
