Asunción Christian Academy
The Asunción Christian Academy, (abbreviated as ACA), is an American co-educational private international Christian day school located in Asunción, Paraguay. The academy was founded in 1958 by Frank Weins and Lucy Huston and moved to its current location in 1970. The academy is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The average class size is 20. Curriculum The academy offers US-based programs from grades pre-K through grade 12 which is accredited by SACS and ACSI. All classes are taught in English. Students in High School must earn 28 Carnegie Credits to graduate. Spanish program The school offers a Spanish language program which is recognized by the Paraguayan Ministry of Education. The Spanish program is based on Social Science Baccalaureate and is embedded within the Curriculum.
