Arthur 'Art' Handy (born February 15, 1967) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives representing District 18 since January 2003. Rhode Island General Assembly
The State of Rhode Island General Assembly is the state legislature (United States), state legislature of the U.S. state of Rhode Island. A bicameral body, it is composed of the lower house, lower Rhode Island House of Representatives with 75 representatives, and the upper house, upper Rhode Island Senate with 38 senators. An independent or non-partisan politician is a politician not affiliated with any political party or bureaucratic association.
