Arthur Julian Andrew (1915, in Pictou County, Nova Scotia – 1994) was a Canadian diplomat. He was the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. to Austria and Czechoslovakia and the High Commissioner to Cyprus and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Israel, Sweden Sweden, formally the Kingdom of Sweden,The United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names states that the country's formal name is the Kingdom of SwedenUNGEGN World Geographical Names, Sweden./ref> is a Nordic country located on ... and Greece. Arthur Lynch fitz Andrew, Mayor of Galway, 1539–40. Lynch was a son of Andrew Lynch whose failed attempt to connect the lower Corrib with Lough Atalia in 1498 was called ''Lynch's Folly.''
