Arne Senstad
Arne Senstad (born 8 August 1969) is a professional Norwegian handball coach for the Polish women's national team. Playing career Between 1989 and 1999 he played professional handball in Norway and Switzerland. He transferred from Fredensborg/Ski to TV Möhlin in 1996 on the basis of a tip from fellow player Stig Rasch. Coaching career Between 2006 and 2013 he was coach of the Norwegian Storhamar HE women's team. 2007/08, 2009/10 and 2011/12 they became third at the Eliteserien Eliteserien () is a Norwegian professional league for association football clubs. Kapp, Norway
Kapp is a village in Østre Toten Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located along the shore of the large lake Mjøsa, about across the lake from the town of Hamar. The town of Gjøvik lies about to the northwest of Kapp. Kapp has summer ferry connections to Gjøvik, Tingnes, and Hamar. The village has a population (2021) of 2,123 and a population density of . This makes it the largest urban settlement in all of Østre Toten. Kapp has varied small industries, including aluminum production for boats and equipment for the oil industry at ''Kapp Aluminium''.
