''Anna'' Frida Wiktoria Johansson (born 29 May 1971) is a Swedes, Swedish politician of the Swedish Social Democratic Party, Social Democrats. She was the Minister for Infrastructure (Sweden), Minister for Infrastructure in the Swedish Government from 2014 to 2017. Johansson is chairman of the Swedish Social Democratic Party, Social Democrats in Gothenburg Municipality, deputy member of the executive board of the Social Democrats and was deputy municipal commissioner in Gothenburg Municipality from 2009 to 2014. Johansson was elected to the Swedish Riksdag in the 2014 Swedish general election, 2014 general election. She was appointed Minister for Infrastructure (Sweden), Minister for Infrastructure by newly elected Prime Minister of Sweden, Prime Minister Stefan Löfven on 3 October 2014. Norra Länken
Norra länken (''The northern link'') is a motorway in Stockholm, Sweden, between the port of Värtahamnen and Karlberg, where it connects to Essingeleden. The road is part of the European route E20 and the incomplete Stockholm Ring Road. Norra länken is in length, of which are in tunnels. The part between Karlberg and Norrtull was opened in 1991, and the tunnel between Norrtull and Värtan was opened in 2014. Gothenburg Municipality
Gothenburg Municipality (''Göteborgs kommun'' or ''Göteborgs stad'') is a municipality in Västra Götaland County in western Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Gothenburg. When the first Swedish local government acts were implemented in 1863 the City of Gothenburg, founded and chartered in 1621, became a city municipality with an elected city council (''stadsfullmäktige''). Its territory has since then been added through amalgamations in 1868, 1906, 1922, 1931, 1945, 1948, 1967 and 1974. The local government reform of 1971 made the city a unitary municipality, like all others in the country. Göran Johansson (politician)
Bengt Göran Lennart Johansson (31 August 1945 – 23 October 2014) was a Swedish Social Democratic Party politician. He was for many years the chairman (commissioner) of the Gothenburg Municipality Executive Board. With a working-class background, he was a union leader at his workplace at SKF and later became the Social Democratic Party's "strong man" in Gothenburg. He was one of the best known politicians in Sweden and was voted as one of the nation's most popular politicians. However meanwhile he had been criticized for an undemocratic leadership which made several – especially female – politicians leave their assignments within the Social Democratic Party. Johansson suffered from discoid lupus erythematosus, DLE, which caused his face to look swollen and red. He was longlisted for the 2008 World Mayor award.
