Ted V. Mikels (born Theodore Vincent Mikacevich; April 29, 1929 – October 16, 2016) was an American Independent film, independent filmmaker primarily of the horror film, horror cult film genre. Movies that he both produced and directed include ''Girl in Gold Boots'' (1968), ''The Astro-Zombies'' (1968), and ''The Doll Squad'' (1973). During the 1960s and 1970s, Mikels also operated his own recording label, Geneni Records, which primarily issued radio advertisement, radio spot advertisement records used to promote his various movie projects but also released a number of stand-alone singles by such artists as Mantis in Lace#Cast, Vic Lance and Little Leon Payne. Life and career Mikels was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on April 29, 1929; his father was a Croatian immigrant who worked as a meat cutter, and his mother was an herbalist who emigrated from Romania. Alex Fong Chung-sun (; born 17 March 1963) is a Hong Kong actor. He married actress Hoyan Mok in 2008; they have one daughter. Incidents Fong has been a brand representative of DOXA, a brand of watches since 2008. In the opening ceremony of DOXA's flagship store in Guangzhou, Fong was sexually harassed by another female guest of the event. DOXA issued an open declaration stating Fong's under-performing had harmed the image of the brand, and therefore they terminated the arrangement. Chen Tianwen (born 28 March 1963) is a Singaporean actor. Career Chen was educated at the now-defunct Serangoon Garden Secondary Technical School. He joined the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Mediacorp) after completing the 5th artiste drama training class and made his debut in 1984. He is contracted to Mediacorp, starring in many Chinese-language Singaporean dramas shown on MediaCorp Channel 8 since the 1990s. He has also starred in Singaporean movies including ''Ah Boys to Men 2'', '' Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen'' and '' The Lion Men: Ultimate Showdown''. Early life and education Birmingham was born in Liverpool, United Kingdom, but grew up in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia, having moved to the country with his parents in 1970. Birmingham received his higher education at Saint Edmund's College in Ipswich and at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. Birmingham's only stint of full-time employment was as a researcher at the Australian Department of Defence but he has worked for the television program ''A Current Affair''.
