Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi
Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi (born 1969) is the Crown Prince of Ajman, one of the United Arab Emirates, and chairman of the Ajman Executive Council. Biography Ammar bin Humaid was born in 1969. His father, Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, is the ruler of Ajman. His mother, Amna Ahmad Ghurair, was the second wife of Humaid bin Rashid and died in 1981. He is a graduate of the Ajman Police Academy. Ammar bin Humaid is the owner of Ajman Stud which he established in 2002. He has been chairman of the Ajman Executive Council since 2003. He is also the chairman of Ajman Bank and chairs the Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation. Al Nuaimi
The Al Nuaimi ( ar, النعيمي) family is the ruling royal family of Ajman, one of the seven emirates that together comprise the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The family name is derived from the singular of 'Na'im': the Na'im is a major tribal confederation divided into three sections, the Al Bu Kharaiban, the Khawatir and the Al Bu Shamis (singular Al Shamsi). The Rulers of Ajman are drawn from the Al Bu Kharaiban section. The Al Nuaimi Royal Family is also spread around the gulf region from the United Arab Emirates to Qatar to Bahrain being one of the biggest most influential ruling royal dynasties in the 21st century. Ajman University (Arabic: جامعة عجمان) was established on the 17th of June, 1988 as the first private university in the GCC. Ajman University (AU) was also the first university in the UAE to admit expatriate students under the institutional name "Ajman University College of Science and Technology," which was subsequently renamed "Ajman University of Science and Technology". In 2018, it was again renamed to "Ajman University". Ajman University is located in the Al Jurf, area close to Khalifa Hospital in Ajman.
