Amir Hossain Babu
Amir Hossain Babu was a Bangladeshi dancer and choreographer. He earned Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Choreography a record two times for his performance in the films ''Beporoya'' (1992) and ''Meghla Akash'' (2001). Career Babu was the first who discovered actor Ferdous Ahmed. In 1997, following the death of Salman Shah, he scheduled to make a dance based film named ''Nach Moyuri Nach''. Since, Shah was dead untimely, he needed a new hero. So, he auditioned for a new hero and chose Ferdous for the role. The shooting began initially, but the film was shelved. ''Keyamot Theke Keyamot'' ( bn, কেয়ামত থেকে কেয়ামত; ) is a Bangladeshi musical romantic drama film directed by Sohanur Rahman Sohan. The film was released on Eid vacation and was a huge success throughout Bangladesh. This movie was also the debut film of its two main leads Salman Shah and Moushumi, both of whom later became top movie stars in Bangladesh. Dewan Hason Raja Chowdhury, or simply known as Hason Raja ( bn, হাসন রাজা; 21 December 1854 – 6 December 1922), was a Bengali mystic poet and songwriter from Sylhet, Bengal Presidency (now Bangladesh). His unique style of music made him one of the most prominent figures in Bengali folk culture.
