Amerika (TV Miniseries)
''Amerika'' is an American television miniseries that was broadcast in 1987 on ABC. The miniseries inspired a novelization entitled ''Amerika: The Triumph of the American Spirit''. ''Amerika'' starred Kris Kristofferson, Mariel Hemingway, Sam Neill, Robert Urich, and a 17-year-old Lara Flynn Boyle in her first major role. Raja Gosnell
Raja Raymond Gosnell (born December 9, 1958) is an American filmmaker and editor. He is best known for directing comedies including ''Never Been Kissed'', ''Big Momma's House'', and ''Scooby-Doo''. As well as family films including ''Home Alone 3'' and '' Yours, Mine & Ours'' Early life Gosnell is named after his father's friend Raja Mohideen. Southwestern Ontario
Southwestern Ontario is a secondary region of Southern Ontario in the Canadian province of Ontario. It occupies most of the Ontario Peninsula bounded by Lake Huron, including Georgian Bay, to the north and northwest; the St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, and Detroit River, to the west; and Lake Erie to the south. The Golden Horseshoe is a secondary region of Southern Ontario, Canada, which lies at the western end of Lake Ontario, with outer boundaries stretching south to Lake Erie and north to Lake Scugog, Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay of Lake Huron. Brandon Stoddard
Brandon Stoddard (March 31, 1937 – December 22, 2014) was an American television executive. He was president of ABC Entertainment between 1985–89 and head of ABC Productions between 1989–1995. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Early life Brandon Stoddard was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut in on March 31, 1937. His parents were Johnson Stoddard, a lawyer, and Constance Stoddard. He grew up in Southport. He played guitar in a calypso band. He attended Deerfield Academy and graduated from Yale College in 1958.
