''Amaan Ramazan'' or ''Amaan Ramadan'' ( ur, ) (''Peace in Ramadan'') was a Live television, live television show on Geo TV Television presenter, hosted by Aamir Liaquat Hussain. It was the most popular programme of 2013. Controversy Aamir Liaquat Hussain handed over Child abandonment, abandoned infants from Chhipa Welfare Association to parents who wanted to adopt babies. Background checks were done by Chhipa welfare association and no legal agency was involved in the checks. The babies were then handed over to the parents during the show. The concern that lack of confidentiality could expose the children and their families to teasing and stigma in the future was raised in media. Geo TV
Geo Television Network is a television channel based in Pakistan. It was established in May 2002 and is owned by the Jang Media Group. The channel began its test transmission on 14 August 2002, with regular transmission beginning on 1 October 2002. History Geo Network was founded in May 2002 by Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman. It started out with the launch of its flagship channel Geo News in October 2002. Hamid Mir joined the channel and became one of the first journalists to join Geo News. He started hosting the political talk show Capital Talk which is the flagship show of Geo News. The first guest at the show was Makhdoom Ameen Faheem with whom Mir discussed the 2002 Pakistan general election. Aamir Liaquat Hussain ( ur, ; 5 July 1971 – 9 June 2022) was a Pakistani politician, columnist and television host. Hussain was a top ranking TV anchor and was listed three times in The 500 influential Muslims worldwide, and was among 100 popular personalities of Pakistan. He was criticized on media numerous times due to his controversial comments about superstars. He was a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from August 2018 to June 2022. Inaam Ghar Plus ( ur, انعام گھر, English ''The Awards House'') was a Geo Entertainment's presented television game show in Pakistan. It is based in Karachi and was hosted by Aamir Liaquat Hussain. The show returned on 13 February 2015 on Geo TV as part of Liaquat's return to the network.
