Allen Bradford (American Football)
Allen Lord Bradford (born August 31, 1988) is a former American football linebacker. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at USC. Bradford has also played for the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants as of 2014. Early life Bradford played running back and linebacker at Colton High School, where he played on the varsity squad for four years. As a senior in 2005, he ran for 1,869 yards on 143 carries with 29 touchdowns, and caught 20 passes for 429 yards with six touchdowns, plus recorded 157 tackles, 12.0 sacks, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. College career Bradford played for current Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll at USC, where he finished his career with 1,585 yards rushing on 267 carries (5.9 average) and 16 touchdowns in 52 games played. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. As such, linebackers play a hybrid role and are often the most versatile players on the defensive side of the ball; they can be asked to play roles similar to either a defensive lineman (such as stopping the runner on a running play) or a defensive back (such as dropping back into pass coverage). Pete Carroll
Peter Clay Carroll (born September 15, 1951) is an American football coach who is the head coach and executive vice president for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously the head football coach at USC Trojans football, USC from 2000 to 2009, where he won six bowl games and back to back National Championships in 2003 USC Trojans football team, 2003 and 2005 Orange Bowl, 2004. Beginning his head coaching career on the professional level, Carroll saw minimal success with the New York Jets in 1994 and New England Patriots from 1997 to 1999. Shifting to college football with USC, he revitalized the struggling program into a top-ranked contender.
