All I Know
"All I Know" is a song written by American songwriter Jimmy Webb, first recorded by Art Garfunkel on his 1973 debut solo album, ''Angel Clare,'' released by Columbia Records. Instrumental backing was provided by members of the Wrecking Crew, L.A. session musicians. Garfunkel's version is the best known and highest-charting version, peaking at number nine on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and number one on the Easy Listening chart for four weeks in October 1973. Garfunkel's version begins with a solo piano, before he begins to sing. When the orchestration is beginning to fade out, the solo piano takes over, playing melodic passages to the song's end. Reception In his review for ''Allmusic,'' Joe Viglione wrote that Jimmy Webb's own version of the song, recorded for ''Ten Easy Pieces'' in 1996, had "none of the gloss" of Garfunkel's hit version, but more soul. Wesley Eric Weston Jr. (born March 3, 1981), better known by his stage name Lil' Flip, is an American rapper. He embarked on his musical career as a freestyle and battle rapper before earning a record deal with Suckafree Records in 1999. Lil' Flip is best known for his singles "The Way We Ball", " Game Over" and " Sunshine". ''All I Know'' is the debut extended play (EP) by Australian singer Conrad Sewell. It was released on 13 November 2015 by 300 Entertainment. Recorded in Los Angeles, the EP is the result of sessions working with an all-star team of writers and producers, including Jamie Hartman, Jacob Kash and Sean Douglas. Background Conrad Sewell became internationally recognised in early 2015 when his collaboration with Kygo, " Firestone", went top 10 in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. ''AfterLife'' is the ninth studio album by American heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch, released on August 19, 2022, via Better Noise. It is the first album since 2007's ''The Way of the Fist'' not to feature longtime lead guitarist Jason Hook, who was replaced by Andy James in 2020. Background On November 29, 2021, Ivan Moody shared a new snippet of a song off of the upcoming album via Instagram, the video itself shows the frontman banging his head to a brand new song in the studio with producer Kevin Churko right in front of him, a few seconds later the video cuts out, noting that brand new music is in the works for the band.
