Alice Lee is an American actress and singer. She is most known for originating the role of Heather Duke in the Off-Broadway production of '' Heathers: The Musical'' and for the role of Emily Kang on ''Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist''. She is also a YouTuber. Early life Lee is a native of North Shore, Chicago, grew up in Glenview, and attended Glenbrook South High School. Career In 2009, Lee started her acting career in ''As the World Turns''. Although Lee is of Korean descent, her character in ''Wish Upon'', Gina, is Chinese. In 2014, Lee originated the role of Heather Duke in the Off-Broadway production of ''Heathers: The Musical'' at New Worlds Stages. However, Lee left Heathers to become a contestant on '' Rising Star'', where she finished in 11th place. Alice Lee (born October 13, 2009) is an American chess player with the titles of International Master (IM) and Woman Grandmaster (WGM). She is the youngest American female, and third youngest in the world, to achieve the IM title. Her list of tournament victories includes being the 2024 Women's American Cup Champion, the 2023 US Girls' Junior Champion, and a three-time World Youth Champion. Early life and U.S. chess career Alice Lee began playing chess at age 6 in the school chess club where her older brother was already playing. Alice Lee was born on May 27, 1853, in Westport, Essex County, New York, and died on February 18, 1943, in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, living approximately 89 years. As one of the most influential figures of the Social Movement, she had a same sex partner Katherine Teats who died in 1952. They were both aspects of the social environment by hosting two U.S. presidents and their wives at their San Diego, California, residence. Alice Lee (mathematician)
Alice Lee (1858–1939) was a British mathematician, one of the first women to graduate from London University. She was awarded a PhD in 1901. She worked with Karl Pearson from 1892. She demonstrated that the correlation between cranial capacity and gender was not a sign of greater intelligence in men compared to women. Early life and education Lee studied at Bedford College from 1876 to 1884. In 1879–80 she attended the first mathematics class at Bedford and was one of the first women to graduate from the University of London (Bedford College was then a women's college of the University), getting a BSc in 1884 and a BA in 1885. She then stayed at Bedford until 1916, initially as a lecturer in mathematics and physics. Lü Bicheng (, also known as P. C. Lee i-Cheng Lee or Pi-Cheng Li Alice (P.) Lee or Alice Pichen Lee: 1883–1943) was a Chinese writer, activist, newspaper editor, poet and school founder. She has been mentioned as one of the top four women in literature from the early Republic of China. Early life Lü Bicheng was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi in 1883 during the late Qing dynasty, but is considered a native of her ancestral home of Jingde County, Anhui by Chinese convention. Her father , who earned a jinshi degree in 1877, served as Educational Commissioner of Shanxi Province. Her mother Yan Shiyu (嚴士瑜) was an educated gentry woman.
