Aleksandr Yuryevich Makarov (russian: Александр Юрьевич Макаров; born 24 April 1996) is a Russian football coach and a former player who played as a right winger. He works at the Chertanovo Education Center. Club career He made his debut in the Russian Football National League for FC Baltika Kaliningrad on 27 March 2016 in a game against FC Torpedo Armavir. Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Makarov (russian: Алекса́ндр Алекса́ндрович Мака́ров, – 1919) was a Russian politician who served as the Minister of Internal Affairs (1911–1912) and Minister of Justice (1916) of the Russian Empire. Life After graduating from the University of Saint Petersburg, he entered the Ministry of Justice. He rose to the position of Public Prosecutor, and eventually Chairman of a District Court. In 1906, he was appointed Chairman of the Kharkov Court of Appeals. In 1906, he was appointed Assistant Minister of the Interior in charge of the Police under Stolypin until he was appointed Imperial Secretary in 1909. He was appointed Minister of the Interior in 1911 after Stolypin's assassination on the recommendation of Kokovstsov.
