Aleksandar Aleksandrov ( bg, Александър Александров; born 13 April 1986 in Shumen) is a Bulgarian retired footballer who played as a defender. Career Aleksandrov's first club was Volov Shumen. In June 2003, while he was 17 years old, Aleksandrov signed with Chernomorets Burgas and made his debut in the A Group. In the summer of 2005, due to the big financial crisis at the club, he was released and several weeks later he accepted the offer from Cherno More Varna. Cherno More Aleksandrov made his league debut for Cherno More on 17 September 2005, appearing as a substitute in a 4–0 home win against Belasitsa Petrich. On 29 April 2006, he scored his first goal and the winner in Cherno More's away game at Pirin Blagoevgrad, a 1–0 win. In his first season playing for Cherno More, he made 21 appearances in the A PFG. Shumen ( bg, Шумен, also romanized as ''Shoumen'' or ''Šumen'', ) is the tenth largest city in Bulgaria and the administrative and economic capital of Shumen Province. Lyuboslav Mladenov Penev ( bg, Любослав Младенов Пенев; born 31 August 1966) is a Bulgarian professional football manager and former player. Penev played as a forward for several clubs in Bulgaria and Spain. He started his career at CSKA Sofia in 1984, winning two Bulgarian League titles and four Bulgarian Cups. In 1989 he moved to Valencia, where he established himself as among the most prolific goalscorers in La Liga. After six seasons at Valencia, Penev joined Atlético Madrid, winning the 1995–96 La Liga. Plamen Markov (born 11 September 1957) is a Bulgarian retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder for clubs in Bulgaria and France. He represented the Bulgaria national team at international level. Playing career Markov was born in Sevlievo. He played for the Bulgaria national team on 32 occasions, including a match in the 1986 World Cup against Argentina. In June 1985 he moved from CSKA Sofia to join French club FC Metz, playing 87 matches for them. After the 1986–87 season he transferred to Grenoble. He retired as a player in 1990. Mariyan Ognyanov ( bg, Мариян Огнянов; born 30 July 1988) is a Bulgarian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder. The Bulgarian Cup ( bg, Купа на България, Kupa na Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian annual football competition. It is the country's main cup competition and all officially registered Bulgarian football teams take part in it. The tournament's format is ''single-elimination'', with all matches being one-legged, except the semi-finals. The competition's winner gets the right to take part in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
