Alan O'Leary
Alan O'Leary (born February 4, 1962, in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian curling, curler from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. O'Leary won a provincial junior title in 1981 and represented Nova Scotia at the 1981 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. There, he led his team of Paul Dykeman, David Young and Scott Sutherland to a 5–6 record. O'Leary has won two Deloitte Tankard, provincial championships as a skip (curling), skip winning in 1993 and 1994. He and his team of Bob LeClair, Steve Johnston (curler), Steve Johnston and Steve Piggott represented Nova Scotia at the 1993 Labatt Brier, where he O'Leary led his team to a 2–9 record, in last place. The next season, Jim Walsh (curler), Jim Walsh joined the team, replacing LeClair. At the 1994 Labatt Brier, the team improved their record to 3-8. Curling
Curling is a sport in which players slide stones on a sheet of ice toward a target area which is segmented into four concentric circles. It is related to bowls, boules, and shuffleboard. Two teams, each with four players, take turns sliding heavy, polished granite stones, also called ''rocks'', across the ice ''curling sheet'' toward the ''house'', a circular target marked on the ice. Each team has eight stones, with each player throwing two. The purpose is to accumulate the highest score for a ''game''; points are scored for the stones resting closest to the centre of the house at the conclusion of each ''end'', which is completed when both teams have thrown all of their stones once. Randy Neufeld (curler)
Randy Neufeld (born May 26, 1962 in Boissevain, Manitoba) is a Canadian curler from La Salle, Manitoba. In 2015, Neufeld and his rink of Dean Moxham, Peter Nicholls and Dale Michie won his first provincial title of any kind, when his team won the Manitoba senior men's championship. The team went on to win the 2015 Canadian Senior Curling Championships, after defeating Quebec's Ted Butler in the final. This qualified the team to represent Canada at the 2016 World Senior Curling Championships. There, Neufeld led Canada to an 8-0 round robin record, and went all the way to the final before losing to Sweden's Mats Wranå. In 2016, Neufeld and his team won another provincial championships and would represent Manitoba at the 2016 Canadian Senior Curling Championships. Kelly Robertson
Kelly Robertson (born c. 1956) is a Canadian curler and grain and cattle farmer from Neepawa, Manitoba. At the age of 54, Robertson won his biggest event in his career by winning the 2011 Canadian Senior Curling Championships in his first try. Until winning the 2011 Manitoba Senior provincial, Robertson had not even won a provincial title of any sort. His only national experience was filled in as skip for an absent Mike McEwen at the 2003 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, where he finished with a 6-5 record. Robertson finished the 2011 Canadian Senior Curling Championships round robin with a 10-1 record and went on to beat Alberta's Brad Hannah in the final. Kelly and his third Doug Armour were named to the All Star Team.
