A mountain bike (MTB) or mountain bicycle is a bicycle designed for off-road cycling. Mountain bikes share some similarities with other bicycles, but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain, which makes them heavier, more complex and less efficient on smooth surfaces. David George (cyclist)
David George (born 23 February 1976 in Cape Town) is a South African cyclist. He cycled on the USPS team 1999-2000, and later for Barloworld. In 2003 he won the South African National Road Race Championships. He also competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics, the 2000 Summer Olympics and the 2008 Summer Olympics. Doping In 2012, he tested positive for the blood boosting drug EPO by the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport after biological passport anomalies were detected, and admitted his use of EPO. He was later given a two-year ban for his offence and lost his victory in the Cape Pioneer Trek mountain bike race. Justin Lee Tuck (born March 29, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Notre Dame, and was drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 2005 NFL draft, winning two Super Bowl titles with the team, both against the New England Patriots. He also played for the Oakland Raiders. Tuck graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with an MBA in 2018. He is now an employee of Goldman Sachs. Waylon Woolcock (born 8 July 1982 in Middelburg) is a South African professional mountain biker, riding for Team RE:CM Woolcock started cycling as a road rider at the age of 15 and turned professional at the age of 19. In 2007, he won his first major cycling tour, Tour d'Egypte. In 2008 he finished second in the South African National Road Race Championship. In 2011 to 2013, Woolcock took to mountain biking and in those years he won the JoBerg2c mountain bike stage race once and 2nd twice including nine stage wins in total.
