Adrian Davis (rugby League)
Adrian Davis (born 19 January 1990) is an Indigenous Australian rugby league player. He has previously played for the Newcastle Knights in the NSW Cup and the Redcliffe Dolphins in the Intrust Super Cup. Background Born in Kempsey, New South Wales Davis played his junior football with Kempsey Dragons. He attended Granville Boys High before being signed by the Canterbury Bulldogs, where he played for their SG Ball under-20's squads. He also plays in the annual NSW Koori Knockout and won 2 titles with the Newcastle Yowies. Playing career Newcastle Knights Davis played for Knights Holden Cup team in 2010 and then played for there NSW Cup side between 2011 and 2013. When not selected for the NSW Cup side he played and in the Newcastle competition for Central Newcastle. Kempsey, New South Wales
Kempsey is a town in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia and is the council seat for Kempsey Shire. It is located roughly 16.5 kilometres inland from the coast of the Pacific Ocean, on the Macleay Valley Way near where the Pacific Highway and the North Coast railway line cross the Macleay River. National Youth Competition (rugby League)
The NRL Under-20s (known commercially as the Holden Cup due to sponsorship from Holden) was the top league of professional rugby league for players aged 20 years or younger in Australasia. Contested by sixteen teams, the Under-20s competition commenced in 2008 and was originally known as the Toyota Cup. The competition runs parallel to Australasia's professional competition, the National Rugby League, with NYC matches played immediately prior to the NRL games. Similar to the NRL, the NYC enforces a salary cap and puts a heavy focus on life outside football for the players. The New Zealand Warriors were the most successful club in the competition's short history, with three premierships from four Grand Final appearances; in 2010, 2011 and 2014. Wakefield Trinity
Wakefield Trinity is a professional rugby league club in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, that plays in the Super League. One of the original twenty-two clubs that formed the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895, between 1999 and 2016 the club was known as Wakefield Trinity Wildcats. The club has played at Belle Vue Stadium in Wakefield since 1895 and has rivalries with Castleford Tigers and Featherstone Rovers. Wakefield have been league champions twice in their history when they went back to back in 1967 and 1968. As of 2021, it has been 53 years since Wakefield last won the league. London Broncos
The London Broncos are a professional rugby league club in London, England. The club competes in the RFL Championship. It was a member of Super League from its inaugural season in 1996 until the end of the 2014 season, when they were relegated to the Championship. They returned to the Super League after achieving promotion by winning the Million Pound Game against the Toronto Wolfpack in 2018, but were relegated back to the Championship at the end of the 2019 Super League season after finishing 12th. The club was originally formed in 1980 as Fulham Rugby League Club and entered the Second Division for the 1980–81 season. Hunter Region
The Hunter Region, also commonly known as the Hunter Valley, is a region of New South Wales, Australia, extending from approximately to north of Sydney. It contains the Hunter River and its tributaries with highland areas to the north and south.
