Aaron Jefferson Levy (July 4, 1881 – November 21, 1955) was an American lawyer and politician from New York (state), New York. Life and career He was born on July 4, 1881, in New York City. He is the son of Jacob Levy and Annabella (Bernstein) Levy (1862–1945). He attended the public schools and Cooper Union. He graduated LL.B. from New York University School of Law in 1902. He practiced law in New York City. On March 10, 1903, he married Libbie Finkelstein, and they had two children. Levy was a member of the New York State Assembly (New York Co., 4th D.) in 131st New York State Legislature, 1908, 132nd New York State Legislature, 1909, 133rd New York State Legislature, 1910, 134th New York State Legislature, 1911, 135th New York State Legislature, 1912 and 136th New York State Legislature, 1913.
