''A Home with a View'' is a 2019 Hong Kong black comedy film directed by Herman Yau and starring Francis Ng, Louis Koo, Anita Yuen and Cheung Tat-ming, who also co-produced and wrote the screenplay. The film is an adaptation the play, ''Family Surprise'', which was also written by Cheung. Plot In order to preserve the value of his assets, Lo Wai-man (Francis Ng) spent all of his savings and his father's retirements pensions to purchase an old-age flat in the middle of a noisy neighborhood, cohabiting with his neurotic wife, Suk-yin (Anita Yuen), unemployed son, Bun-hong (Ng Siu-hin), daughter, Yu-sze(Jocelyn Choi) who is going through puberty and his elderly, disabled father (Cheung Tat-ming). With tight living quarters, noisy neighbors, and less than desirable living standards, the Lo family often find themselves at each other's necks over the smallest of inconveniences. Evergreen Mak Cheung-ching
Evergreen Mak Cheung-ching (, born 18 December 1968), better known as Makbau (麥包), is a Hong Kong actor. He had been an actor with TVB for more than 30 years. Early life Mak was born in Shunde District, Foshan, China, and his ancestral hometown is Qingyuan, Guangdong province. Career Mak was praised for his portrayal of the main antagonist, Leung Fei-fan (Fei Fan Gor), in the 2010 TVB drama ''No Regrets'', for which he won the TVB Anniversary Award for Best Supporting Actor. He also won the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award in the Asian Television Awards 2011 for the same role. Gill Mohindepaul Singh (), better known by his Chinese stage name Q Bobo (), is an Indian–Hong Kong actor working under TVB. Career Singh became an actor for TVB after participating in the TVB game show ''Minutes to Fame'' hosted by Hacken Lee and Joey Leung.
