ATK (football Club)
ATK (formerly Atlético de Kolkata) was an Indian professional football club based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The club competed in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football and were the league champions during the inaugural 2014, 2016 and 2019–20 seasons respectively. The club was owned by Kolkata Games and Sports Pvt. Ltd. which consists of former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, alongside businessmen Harshavardhan Neotia, Sanjiv Goenka and Utsav Parekh Initially, for the first three seasons, Spanish La Liga club Atlético Madrid was also a co-owner; later Goenka bought the shares owned by Atlético Madrid. After the end of their partnership with the Spanish giant, Atlético de Kolkata has been rechristened to ATK in July 2017. The team's name and colours are derived from their former Spanish partner. The Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK; ), commonly known as the Salt Lake Stadium, is an all-seater multi-purpose stadium located in Bidhannagar, with current capacity of 85,000 spectators. Named after Swami Vivekananda, the stadium forms the home ground for multiple football clubs, most notably ATK Mohun Bagan, East Bengal and Mohammedan. Kerala Blasters Football Club (), commonly referred to as The Blasters, is an Indian professional football club based in Kochi, Kerala, that competes in the Indian Super League, the top tier of football in India. The club was established in May 2014 during the inaugural season of the Indian Super League. The club played their inaugural match on 13 October 2014, losing 1–0 to NorthEast United. Apoula Edima Bete Edel ( hy, Ապուլա Էդիմա Էդել Բետե; born 17 June 1986) is a former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Born in Cameroon, he played for the Armenia national team. Club career Early career Apoula Edel was born in Yaoundé, Cameroon and moved to Armenia in 2002. He signed a contract with Pyunik FC in March 2003. The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. The 2020 Indian Super League Final was the final match of the 2019–20 Indian Super League season, the sixth season of the Indian Super League. It was played between Chennayin FC and ATK, on 14 March 2020 at the Fatorda Stadium, Goa. It was played to determine the winner of the 2019–20 season of the Indian Super League.
