The Sydney SuperDome (currently known as the Qudos Bank Arena) is a large multipurpose arena located in Sydney, Australia. It is situated in Sydney Olympic Park, and was completed in 1999 as part of the facilities for the 2000 Summer Olympics. The A$190million facility was designed by COX Architecture & Devine deFlon Yaeger, and constructed by Abigroup and Obayashi Corporation. Bob Carr, premier of New South Wales, officially opened the stadium in November 1999. The development of the stadium was part of three subsites which also included a 3,400-space carpark which cost A$25 million, and a plaza with external works, also costing $25 million. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are an Australian rock music, rock band formed in 1983 by vocalist Nick Cave, multi-instrumentalist Mick Harvey and guitarist-vocalist Blixa Bargeld. Peter Kenneth Murray (born 14 October 1969) is an Australian musician who has had three albums reach number 1 on the Australian (ARIA) charts. Paul Maurice Kelly (born 13 January 1955) is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. "My People" is the first single from Australian electronic music duo the Presets' second album '' Apocalypso''. The song was nominated for two ARIA Awards, Single of the Year and Best Video (Kris Moyes). It won the latter. On 26 October 2008—a week after their multiple ARIA Awards wins—"My People" jumped up 38 spots from number 52 to 14 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart, surpassing its previous peak of 19. "This Heart Attack" is the first single from Faker (band), Faker's second album ''Be the Twilight''. It was released digitally on 13 October 2007 and physically on 27 October 2007. The track was voted in at number five in Triple J's Triple J Hottest 100, 2007, Hottest 100 2007 competition. A remix of "This Heart Attack" by Miami Horror appeared on the Ministry of Sound Clubber's Guide to 2008. Hamish & Andy performed a parody of the song, titled "The Last Line Was Crap" to Faker while they were on their radio show. Faker (band)
Faker are an Australian alternative rock band, formed in 1996 by mainstay Nathan Hudson on lead vocals, piano and guitar. They have released three studio albums, '' Addicted Romantic'' (June 2005), '' Be the Twilight'' (November 2007) and ''Get Loved'' (December 2011).
