A. K. M. Asaduzzaman is a judge of the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Asaduzzaman was born on 1 March 1959. He completed his bachelors and masters in law from University of Rajshahi. Career Asaduzzaman joined the District Courts as a lawyer on 5 September 1983. On 5 September 1985, Asaduzzaman became a lawyer of the High Court Division. Asaduzzaman became a lawyer of the Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court on 25 October 2001. On 27 August 2003, Asaduzzaman was appointed an Additional Judge of the High Court Division. Asaduzzaman was made a permanent judge of the High Court Division on 27 August 2005. On 15 June 2012, Asaduzzaman and Justice Mahmudul Hoque were given the task to hear bail and appeals petitions in the High Court Division. High Court Division
The High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh ( bn, হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন) popularly known as the 'High Court' is one of the two divisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the other division being the Appellate Division. It consists of the Chief Justice of Bangladesh and the Judges of the High Court Division. The High Court Division exercises both original jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters. Amanur Rahman Khan Rana (born 6 October 1967) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member from Tangail-3 constituency from November 2012 until January 2019. Background and career Rana's uncle, Shamsur Rahman Khan Shahjahan (d. 2012), served as the Jatiya Sangsad member from the Tangail-3 constituency during 1973–1979 and 1986–1988. He brought the two brothers – Rana and Aminur Rahman Khan Bappy – into politics.
