A.V.V. Zeeburgia
The Amsterdamse Voetbalvereniging Zeeburgia is a association football, football club from Amsterdam, Netherlands. It has been dubbed "Royal warrant of appointment, royal supplier" as many Dutch professional footballers started at Zeeburgia youth teams. In 2020–2021, the first squad plays in the Tweede Klasse. History Zeeburgia was founded on 28 June 1919. On 26 August 1956 if lost 1–6 to Ajax Amsterdam in the first round of the 1956-57 National Dutch Cup. Lorenzo Burnet (born 11 January 1991) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Eredivisie club Emmen. Club career After starting as a footballer at amateur East Amsterdam club AVV Zeeburgia, Burnet joined the top-ranked Ajax Amsterdam youth system in 2004. He spent seven years as a youth player for Ajax but was not offered a senior contract. In April 2011, Burnet and his team-mate Johan Kappelhof reached a three-year agreement with fellow Eredivisie club Groningen, a club managed by former Ajax youth coach Pieter Huistra. Burnet made his debut in a league game against Roda JC Kerkrade on 7 August 2011. He helped the Green-White Army win the KNVB Cup in 2014–15 against defending champions PEC Zwolle. He played professional football in the Dutch second division before taking up refereeing, officiating in the Dutch first division and international football. Raymond Gyasi (born 5 August 1994) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a winger. Career Gyasi was born in the Netherlands to parents of Ghanaian descent. He was called up to join the Ghana national under-23 football team, and made his debut in a 2–0 win against the Mozambique U23s. He joined Stabæk in 2017, his brother Edwin Gyasi already playing in the Norwegian league. After a decent 2017 season he broke his leg in late March 2018, just as the new season was about to start, and missed most of the year. He was able to return to the B team in late August 2018. Gyasi never reclaimed a place in the team, and in 2019 he only featured in three cup games and three league games. His contract expired at the end of 2019, and he was released by Stabæk.
