A.S.D. Real Nocera Superiore (usually referred to as Real Nocera) was an Italian association football club located in Nocera Superiore, Campania. History The club was founded in 2009 as Vis Nocera Superiore, after the club Baronissi moved to Nocera Superiore from its namesake town. At the end of the 2009–10 Eccellenza season, the club took the current denomination and asked to be admitted to the 2010–11 Serie D. This was initially rejected, but the decision was reverted by the CONI Sports Court, though Real Nocera was entered to the league after the first day was already played. In the season 2011–12 it was relegated to Eccellenza. Stadio Karol Wojtyla
Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '' Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). The members of Stadio on this album were Giovanni Pezzoli playing the drums, Marco Nanni playing the bass and Fabio Liberators playing the keyboard. Nocera Superiore ( nap, Nucèrë or ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Salerno in the Campania region of south-western Italy. It was the core of the ancient city of ', later known as ', ' and then ' ( it, Nocera dei Pagani), which also included the nowadays territories of Nocera Inferiore, Pagani and smaller towns. In other respects, its history up until 1851 is held in common with the adjacent Nocera Inferiore: the two towns share a common origin. 2011–12 Serie D
The 2011–12 Serie D was the sixty-fourth edition of the top level Italian non-professional Association football, football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It consisted of 168 teams divided into six 18-team divisions and three 20-team divisions. The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. The Eccellenza (, "excellence") is the fifth level (since 2014–15) of Italian football. It is a regional league, composed of 28 divisions divided geographically. All 20 regions are represented by at least one division except for Piedmont and Aosta Valley which share 2 divisions. Veneto, Tuscany, Sicily, Emilia-Romagna and Campania also have 2 divisions each, while the regions of Lombardy and Lazio have 3 divisions. Promotion and relegation After the regular season is completed, the first-placed team for each division is automatically promoted to Serie D.
