96 °C Café (Chinese: 96 °C 咖啡) is MediaCorp's first transmedia project related to coffee and romance. It was broadcast from 29 April to 24 May 2013 on free-to-air channel MediaCorp Channel 8 and consists of 20 episodes. Desmond Tan (, born 19 August 1986) is a Singaporean actor and was named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Career Tan first came to prominence in the entertainment industry when he finished runner-up to Andie Chen in '' Star Search 2007''. He was awarded a contract with MediaCorp and began his part time acting career with some minor roles in various Channel 8 dramas. Star Awards 20 (also SA20, Chinese: 红星大奖 20) was a double television award ceremony which was held in Singapore. It is part of the annual Star Awards organised by MediaCorp for the two free-to-air channels, MediaCorp Channels 8 and U. The twentieth installment of ''Star Awards'' was broadcast live on Channel 8, on 20 and 27 April 2014. The first ceremony was held at the MediaCorp TV Theatre while the second ceremony was held at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. These ceremonies will also be broadcast on 8 International and the second ceremony on Toggle, Astro AEC (SD) and Astro Quan Jia HD (HD). Chantalle Ng (; born 17 June 1995) is a Singaporean actress. Early life and education Ng is the daughter of Mediacorp artiste Lin Meijiao and former actor Huang Yiliang. The couple divorced in 1997 when Ng was only a few months old. Ng studied at Ai Tong School, Presbyterian High School, Nanyang Polytechnic and Singapore Management University. Zhang Zhen Xuan (; born 2 February 1984) is a Chinese actor, formerly based in Singapore and was named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill.
