4th IIFA Awards
The 2003 IIFA Awards, officially known as the 4th International Indian Film Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the International Indian Film Academy honoured the best films of 2002 and took place on 17 May 2003. The official ceremony took place on 6 April 2002, at the Coca-Cola Dome, in Johannesburg. During the ceremony, IIFA Awards were awarded in 29 competitive categories. In 2003, IIFA returned to South Africa. This time, the sun-kissed shores of Johannesburg was the destination. For the IIFA Forum, Ramesh Sippy, Smita Thackeray, Kunal Dasgupta, Shyam Shroff and Harish Dayani sat together with moderator Vir Sanghvi and discussed piracy and explored new revenue streams for the industry. Coca-Cola Dome
The WeBuyCars Dome, previously known as the Ticketpro Dome is an indoor arena and car showroom located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The showroom accommodates over 1,000 vehicles and covers about 11,000 square metres. The Dome opened on 8 April 1998 with a concert by Diana Ross in front of a 15,000 strong audience. Nelson Mandela made a surprise appearance on stage during the official opening. ''The Legend of Bhagat Singh'' is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language biographical period film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The film is about Bhagat Singh, a Freedom Fighter who fought for Indian independence along with fellow members of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. ''Company'' is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language gangster film directed by Ram Gopal Varma and written by Jaideep Sahni. The film stars Mohanlal ,Ajay Devgn, Vivek Oberoi, Manisha Koirala, Antara Mali and Seema Biswas. It is the second film in the Indian Gangster trilogy, and a sequel to '' Satya'' (1998). ''Company'' follows Chandu, a henchman of a gangster named Malik, with whom he forms a rapport that eventually falls apart after tension arises between them.
