4th Hum Awards
The 4th Hum Awards ceremony, presented by the Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel (HTNEC), sponsored by Servis, honored the best in fashion, music and Hum Television Dramas of 2015. It took place on April 23, 2016 at the Expo Centre in Karachi, Sindh, beginning at 7:30 p.m. PST. During the ceremony, HTNEC presented Hum Awards in 25 categories. The ceremony was televised in Pakistan by Hum TV on May 28, 2016. 4th Hum Awards were also selected to air on Hum Europe on Eid al-Adha 2016. Actors Sanam Jung, Hamza Ali Abbasi, and Ayesha Khan hosted the ceremony, while Ahmed Ali Butt and Vasay Chaudhry emceed the ceremony again. The red carpet pre show was hosted by Rubya Chaudhry and Khalid Malik. Winners and nominees Nominees for public voting were announced on April 5, 2016 on ceremony website. Karachi Expo Centre
Karachi Expo Center is the convention center where Pakistani products are showcased internationally. The center consists of 8 halls. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan also helps support the exhibitions at the center. IDEAS exhibition Pakistani military arms and equipment exhibitions are held under the theme 'IDEAS' (International Defence Exhibition and Seminar). This is a four-day exhibition. Pakistan Standard Time
Pakistan Standard Time ( ur, , abbreviated as PKT) is UTC+05:00 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. The time zone is in use during standard time in Asia. History Pakistan had been following UTC+05:30 since 1907 (during the British Raj) and continued using it after independence in 1947. On 15 September 1951, following the findings of mathematician Mahmood Anwar, two time zones were introduced. ''Karachi Time (KART)'' was introduced in West Pakistan by adjusting 30 minutes off UTC+05:30 to UTC+05:00, while ''Dacca Time'' (DACT) was introduced in East Pakistan by subtracting 30 minutes off UTC+06:30 to UTC+06:00. The changes were made effective on 30, September 1951. PKT is measured in Gilgit, near the village of Naltar. In 1971, Karachi Time was renamed to Pakistan Standard Time. Humayun Saeed
Humayun Saeed Ansari (born 27 July 1971), professionally known as Humayun Saeed, is a Pakistani actor and producer. He has appeared in dozens of Pakistani television dramas and limited number of films, and earned Lux Style Awards, and ARY Film Awards. The Hum Awards pre-show (currently known as Hum Awards Red Carpet) and Making of Hum Awards are recorded televised pre-shows where former precedes the start of the Hum Awards telecast by 37 minutes and latter, two days prior to ceremony respectively.
