4RGL is an Australian community radio station located in Gladstone, Queensland. The station is currently broadcasting as Fresh FM and transmits to the Gladstone Region on 91.9 FM. Prior to June 2013, the station was known as Rhema FM due to a former affiliation with the United Christian Broadcasters network of Rhema FM stations, but its name was changed to Fresh FM when it underwent a relaunch. After struggling to find a permanent location for the radio station, the station purchased land from the Uniting Church and constructed studio facilities on the site which the radio station moved into on 25 May 2013. Gladstone () is a coastal city in the Gladstone Region, Queensland, Australia. Rhema FM
Rhema FM is the name used for a number of Christian radio stations established with the help of, and assisted for many years by United Christian Broadcasters (UCB) in Australia. Each station is independent, being run and programmed locally with many having moved away from the Rhema name. UCB has also established the Vision Radio Network across Australia, which is entirely networked from UCB's Brisbane studios. The name and logo of "Rhema FM" was derived from one of UCB's affiliate networks in New Zealand that was then of the same name. See New Zealand's Rhema. Gladstone Region is a local government area in Queensland, Australia. The council covers an area of , had an estimated resident population at 30 June 2018 of 62,979, and has an estimated operating budget of A$84 million.
