45th International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival
The 45th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival ( tr, 45. Antalya Altın Portakal Film Festivali) was held from October 10 to 19 2008 in Antalya, Turkey. Awards were presented in the 45th Antalya Golden Orange Festival in 20 categories of three competition divisions and in the 4th Eurasia Film Festival in 4 categories. The award ceremony took place on October 19, 2008 at the Konyaaltı Amphitheatre in the downtown of Antalya. It was run in conjunction with the 4th International Eurasia Film Festival. Emrah Yucel
Emrah Yucel (born May 24, 1968), is a Turkish advertising and graphic designer based in Los Angeles, USA. He specialized in motion picture advertising as well as country and city branding. Yucel was born as the son of a screenwriter mother and a film director father. While his father was working for the BBC at the time, he began elementary school in London. Those years influenced him to follow the path of a designer. After returning to Turkey, he continued his education and graduated from Hacettepe University. Tayanç Ayaydın (born 7 August 1979) is a Turkish actor. Life and career Ayaydın was born in 1979 in Istanbul. He started his education at the Private Doğa College's primary school. Nurgül Yeşilçay (born 26 March 1976) is a Turkish actress. Biography Nurgül Yeşilçay was born in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, in 1976. She studied drama at the State Conservatoire of Anadolu University in Eskişehir. Mazlum Çimen (born 18 June 1958 in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş) is a Turkish musician, ballet dancer, film actor, folk singer, and award-winning film score composer. Early life He was born in Sevdilli village of Elbistan in Kahramanmaraş Province on 18 June 1958. He is the son of Nesimi Çimen who is a great Ashik, songwriter and Cura Virtuoso in history. His parents originate however from Hozat in Tunceli Province. His family moved to Istanbul as he was still in pre-school age. Ben Hopkins (born 1969) is a British film director, screenwriter and novelist. His film ''Simon Magus'' entered the 49th Berlin International Film Festival competition in 1999.
