4. Divisjon
The Norwegian Fourth Division, also called 4. divisjon, is the fifth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. In 2019, it was decided that not all 24 group winners would promote to 3. divisjon. A play-off system was established and the number of teams promoting from 4. divisjon was reduced to 18. Since the 2017 season, 4. divisjon teams have been eligible to qualify for the Norwegian Cup. Ahead of the 2020 season, the number of groups were reduced to 22. Like in the rest of the Norwegian football league system, all the teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. Three points are awarded for a win, one for a draw, and if two teams are equal on points, the one with the best goal difference is above the other on the table. Ottestad Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Ottestad in Stange, founded on 28 May 1918. It has sections for association football, team handball, cross-country skiing and cycling. The men's football team have been playing in the Third Division since 2004, and plays its home matches at Ottestad Idrettspark. The team reached the Second Round of the Norwegian Football Cup for the first time in 2012 Norwegian Football Cup, after beating Brumunddal 4–3 in the First Round. The highest league these teams can currently enter is the 2. divisjon, set at the third tier of the league system. The reserve teams are attached to their first teams with a "2" suffix and must play in a lower league than the first team. Furthermore, if a club's first team plays in the 1. divisjon, the reserves team cannot play in the 2. divisjon either. Rommen Sportsklubb was a Norwegian sports club from Stovner borough, Oslo. It had sections for association football and team handball. The club was founded on 24 November 1997 as a merger between ''Smedstua IL'' and Stovnerkameratene BK. It counted the founding date of Smedstua, 20 August 1970, as its founding date. The club colors were green and white. The men's football team played in the Third Division, the fourth tier of Norwegian football. It formerly cooperated to prop up an umbrella team called Groruddalen BK, but this team went defunct in 2008. Its last stint in the Third Division came in 2019. Nordstrand Idrettsforening is a sports club in Nordstrand, Oslo, Norway. The club has sections for alpine skiing, association football and handball. Fotballklubben Donn is a Norwegian football club from the neighbourhood Lund in Kristiansand, most notable for its women's football team. It was founded on 24 June 1909 and named after a dog. Donn Toppfotball The women's football team Donn Toppfotball played in Toppserien, the highest tier of women's football in Norway, for two periods. The first spell was between 1993 and 1995, and the club also reached the final of the Norwegian Women's Cup in 1994 where they were beaten by Trondheims-Ørn.
