The Royal Alexandra Theatre, commonly known as the Royal Alex, is a theatre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located near King and Simcoe Street. ''Silence of the North'' is a 1981 semi-autobiographical Canadian film of author Olive Frederickson, taken from the book of the same name.
