3BallMTY (pronounced "Tribal Monterrey") is a Mexican pop DJ group from the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The "DJ Collective" (the name its members have formally given themselves) was formed in 2009 by two teenage DJs – Sergio Zavala (DJ Sheeqo Beat), and Alberto Presenda (DJ Otto). The name "3Ball" comes from the Spanish word "tribal", which refers to the culture of Guaracha tribal music popular in many Spanish-speaking countries around the world. History 2009: Formation of 3Ball MTY In August 2009, teenage Monterrey disc jockey Erick Rincon joined up with fellow DJs Sergio Zavala and Alberto Presenda. ''Inténtalo'' is the first studio album by Mexican group 3Ball MTY. It was released on December 6, 2011 under Fonovisa Records label. Reception Commercial performance ''Inténtalo'' became a commercial success for the trio. It debuted at No.2 on the Top Latin Albums, Latin Albums chart the week ending 31 December 2011. The same week, it debuted atop the Regional Mexican Albums component chart. The album also appeared on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 at No.126 and on the Mexican Albums Chart at No.84. Rebbeca Marie Gomez (born March 2, 1997), known professionally as Becky G, is an American singer and actress. She first gained recognition in 2011 when she began posting videos of herself covering popular songs online. Latin Grammy Awards Of 2012
The 13th Annual Latin Grammy Awards was held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was the fifth time the awards was held at this venue and in Las Vegas. It also marks the last year in the Latin Recording Academy's contract where the Mandalay Bay Events Center hosted. It is unknown if the awards will continue to be held at this location beyond 2012. Recordings must have been released between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 in order to be eligible for the 13th Latin Grammy Awards. Nominations were announced on September 25, 2012. Juan Luis Guerra led the nominations field with six; Jesse & Joy earned five nods; Ricardo Arjona, Edgar Barrera, Juanes, Carla Morrison, Arturo Sandoval, Ivete Sangalo, and Caetano Veloso each received four nominations.
