3rd Convocation Of The People's Assembly Of Abkhazia
The 3rd convocation of the People's Assembly of Abkhazia was in place from 2002 until 2007. Speaker, Vice Speakers and Committee Chairmen The third convocation held its first session on 2 April 2002, led by its oldest member Ivan Zarandia and attended by Vice President Valeri Arshba. There were two candidates for Speaker, Nugzar Ashuba and Kesou Khagba. Ashuba was elected with 23 votes against ten (one vote was invalid). Parliament elected three Vice Speakers, one more than during the previous convocation: Konstantin Ozgan, Sergei Dbar and Aleksandr Stranichkin. On 5 April, five committees and one commission were constituted. Abkhazian Parliamentary Election, 2002
Parliamentary elections were held in Abkhazia on 2 March 2002 to elect the 3rd convocation of the People's Assembly of Abkhazia, third convocation of the People's Assembly of Abkhazia, People's Assembly. The elections had originally been scheduled for 24 November 2001, but had to be postponed due to the 2001 Kodori crisis, October 2001 Chechen incursion into the lower Kodori Valley. Biography Bartsyts was born on 16 November 1964 in the village of Blabyrkhua in Gudauta district, Abkhazia. Her parents were Mkan Bartsyts and Venera Tskua; they had two sons and two daughters, of which Marina is the youngest. Education After finishing school, Bartsyts went to study history at Rostov State University.
