Luciano De Crescenzo
Luciano De Crescenzo (; 18 August 1928 – 18 July 2019) was an Italian writer, film actor, director and engineer. Biography Born in Naples, he grew up with actor Bud Spencer. De Crescenzo graduated in engineering and worked for IBM Italy until 1976, when he published the bestseller ''Così parlò Bellavista'' (''Thus spoke Bellavista''), a collection of facts and anecdotes about his city which sold 600,000 copies in Italy and was translated into numerous languages. Over the years De Crescenzo became an internationally successful author. In 1980 he debuted as actor in '' Il pap'occhio'', under the direction of his friend Renzo Arbore, together with Roberto Benigni. In 1981 he made his TV debut alongside Renzo Arbore and Lory Del Santo in successful and innovative show ''Tagli, ritagli e frattaglie''. Riccardo Cucciolla (5 September 1924 – 17 September 1999) was an Italian actor and voice actor. He appeared in 60 films between 1953 and 1999. He won the Best Actor Award at the 1971 Cannes Film Festival for the film '' Sacco & Vanzetti''. Biography Born in Bari, in southern Italy, Cucciolla gained a degree in law, then made his stage debut in an amateur production in his home city. From 1946, he started working in radio as a voice actor and as the narrator of documentaries; at the same time, he started working in cinema, as a dubber and a voice actor. Cucciolla made his film debut in 1953, in Anton Giulio Majano's ''Good Folk's Sunday''. Riccardo Pazzaglia (12 September 1926 – 4 October 2006) was an Italian actor, film director, screenwriter, songwriter (for Domenico Modugno), TV and radio personality. Born in Naples, Pazzaglia graduated in direction from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. He entered the film industry as an assistant director and screenwriter, specializing in adventure and comedy films. Pazzaglia made his directional debut with ''L'onorata società'', starring the comedy duo Franco and Ciccio, whom he also directed in ''Farfallon''. After some years of hiatus, Pazzaglia got a personal success thanks to his participation to the Renzo Arbore's variety show ''Quelli della notte''. Antonio Allocca (24 June 1937 – 31 December 2013) was an Italian character actor. Life and career Born in Portici, Naples, Allocca debuted on stage in 1956, then in 1958 he worked with Eduardo De Filippo at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan in the comedy play ''Pulcinella in cerca della sua fortuna per Napoli''. Silvio Ceccato (Montecchio Maggiore, Italy 25 January 1914 – Milan, 2 December 1997) was an Italian philosopher and linguist. Born in Montecchio Maggiore, he studied law and music. In 1949 he founded the international magazine ''Methodos'', which was published until 1964. In 1956 he designed and built Adamo II, the first Italian prototype of artificial intelligence, which he had intended to reproduce man's mental states.
