3-D (Wrathchild America Album)
''3-D'' is the second and final studio album by American heavy metal band Wrathchild America, released on January 28, 1991 by Atlantic Records. This was the band's last studio album before they changed their name to Souls at Zero in 1992. ''3-D'' was not successful as ''Climbin' the Walls'', failing to appear on any record chart, although music videos for "Spy" and "Surrounded by Idiots" were released. While retaining some of the thrash metal roots of its predecessor, ''3-D'' is notable for being the band's most diverse and technical album. It leans towards other genres such as progressive and funk metal, and in particular, the instrumental "Prego" is played in a jazz fusion style, while its follow-up track "Another Nameless Face" draws a reggae influence. Reception Although ''3-D'' failed to chart on the ''Billboard'' 200, the album received generally positive reviews. Wrathchild America
Wrathchild America was an American heavy metal music, heavy metal band formed in Martinsburg, West Virginia, in 1978. Before settling on the Wrathchild America name in 1988, the band had performed under the names Atlantis, Tyrant, and Wrathchild. They released two studio albums through Atlantic Records, and gained charting success through the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200. In 1992, they changed their name to Souls at Zero (band), Souls at Zero. The band is also notable for including one-time Kix (band), Kix member Brad Divens, and a then-unknown Shannon Larkin, who went on to become the drummer for many bands such as Ugly Kid Joe, Candlebox, and Godsmack. Thrash Metal

Shannon Larkin
James Shannon Larkin (born April 24, 1967) is an American musician, best known as the drummer of rock band Godsmack. He replaced the previous drummer Tommy Stewart in June 2002. Prior to Godsmack, he was a member of Amen, Candlebox, Ugly Kid Joe, and Souls at Zero (formerly Wrathchild America). Shannon played drums for Godsmack for their albums '' Faceless'', '' IV'', '' The Other Side EP'', '' The Oracle'', '' 1000hp'', and their latest album ''When Legends Rise''. Career Larkin has been playing drums since the age of ten. He formed Wrathchild America in 1978, recording two albums for Atlantic Records before being dropped by the label. Mandolin
A mandolin ( it, mandolino ; literally "small mandola") is a stringed musical instrument in the lute family and is generally plucked with a pick. It most commonly has four courses of doubled strings tuned in unison, thus giving a total of 8 strings, although five (10 strings) and six (12 strings) course versions also exist. Brad Divens is an American rock musician. He was the bassist and lead vocalist for Souls at Zero, formerly known as Wrathchild America. His vocal style often draws comparisons to James Hetfield (Metallica). Previously, Brad played guitar with the Maryland band Kix on their '' Cool Kids'' album. Reggae () is a music genre that originated in Jamaica in the late 1960s. The term also denotes the modern popular music of Jamaica and its diaspora.
