28th Government Of Turkey
The 28th government of Turkey (25 December 1963 – 20 February 1965) is the third coalition government of Turkey. The prime minister, İsmet İnönü, was the leader of Republican People's Party (CHP) and a former president. Ferit Melen
Ferit Sadi Melen (2 November 1906 – 3 September 1988) was a Turkish civil servant, politician and Prime Minister of Turkey. Biography After graduating from high school in Bursa, he obtained a degree in finance from the School of Political Science at Ankara University in 1931. Ferit Melen entered the state service right after his graduation, and was sent to Paris, France, for an internship at the Ministry of Finance there. After one year, he returned home and worked in several services of the Ministry of Finance as an inspector. In 1943, he was promoted to general director in the ministry. Ferit Melen entered politics as a deputy from Van Province from the Republican People's Party (''Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi,'' CHP) following the 1950 general election. After the end of the legislative term, he did not run for the parliament in the 1954 election, and he returned to his profession to work as a chartered accountant. Lebit YurdoÄŸlu
Lebit Fehmi Yurdoğlu (1915 – 23 October 1978) was a Turkish physician, politician and former government minister. Lebit Fehmi was born in Istanbul, Ottoman Empire in 1915. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University, and served as an internist. In the 1950s, he joined the Republican People's Party (CHP), and became a member of the municipal council of İzmir. In 1961, he represented his political party in the Constituent Assembly of Turkey. In the general election held in the same year, he entered the 12th Parliament of Turkey as a deputy of İzmir Province. He kept his seat in the next term. In the 14th Parliament of Turkey, he was elected as a deputy of Istanbul Province. Cafer Sadık Kutlay (1912 – 26 July 1988) was a Turkish, business man, civil engineer, politician and former government minister. Cafer Sadık was born in Anamur ilçe (district) of Mersin Province in 1912. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University and served in the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) of Turkey. Between 1945 and 1951, he was the regional director of DSİ in Samsun. Then, he established his own company to work as a constructor and consultant. He joined the Republican People's Party (CHP), and in the 1961 general election, he won a seat as a deputy from Mersin Province in the 12th Parliament of Turkey. On 15 December 1964, he was appointed Minister of Construction and Settlement in the 28th government of Turkey. The refugees would be provided with new possessions totaling the ones they had left behind. Ali İhsan Göğüş (1923 – 22 July 2011) was a Turkish journalist, politician and former government minister. Life Ali İhsan Göğüş was born in Gaziantep in 1923. He completed the Kabataş High School in Istanbul, and graduated from the School of Letters of Istanbul University. In 1951, he married Nezahat Alemdar Göğüş. He is the father of Zeynep Göğüş, a journalist. Göğüş died in Istanbul on 22 July 2011.
