Taipei Arena
The Taipei Arena () is a multi-purpose stadium located in Songshan, Taipei, Taiwan, and it is operated by the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC). Built in 2005, the large multi-purpose stadium can accommodate major international sport events such as ice skating, ice hockey, gymnastics, handball, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, indoor soccer, boxing, judo, karate, taekwondo and wrestling. Building It was designed by Archasia, an architectural firm based in Taipei, and Populous, a Kansas City, Missouri, design and architectural firm specializing in sports venues. It is located at the site of the former Taipei Municipal Baseball Stadium (built in 1958, opened 1959, demolished 2000). The arena was opened on 1 December 2005. Hsieh Ming-yu
Hsieh Ming-yu (; born 8 February 1969) is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. He was raised in Tainan, and moved to Taipei in 1990, where he wrote several songs for other singers, including Andy Lau, William So, and Anita Mui. He returned to Tainan in 2000 and began composing Hokkien pop songs. Ashin
Chen Hsin-hung (); Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: Chhîn Sìn-fên, nicknamed Ashin (;Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: A-sìn), born 6 December 1975, is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter, author, and the vocalist of the Taiwanese band Mayday. Ashin majored in art in college, where he also began his musical career. He is also the founder and designer of the clothing line StayReal and a shareholder of the music label B'in Music. He was elected as a board member of the Taiwan Public Television Service in 2013. Monster (musician)
Monster or Wen Shang-yi (; born 28 November 1976, in Hsinchu County, Taiwan), is one of the two guitarists and leader of the Taiwanese rock band, Mayday. Monster became interested in music and the guitar while studying at the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University where he also met three other Mayday members Ashin, Stone and Masa. Yoga Lin (; born July 1, 1987) is a Taiwanese singer. He was the winner of One Million Star, Season 1, a reality TV singing competition in Taiwan during his study at National Dong Hwa University. Faith Yang Naiwen (; born 2 March 1974) is a Taiwanese musician. She grew up in Sydney, Australia and studied biology and genetics at the University of Sydney. In 2000, Yang won the Golden Melody Award for Best Female Mandarin Singer for the album ''Silence''. Rainie Yang Cheng Lin (; born 4 June 1984) is a Taiwanese singer, actress, and television host.
