25th Forqué Awards
The 25th ceremony of the Forqué Awards was held on 11 January 2020 at the IFEMA Palacio Municipal, Palacio Municipal de Congresos in Madrid. The gala was hosted by Elena S. Sánchez and Santiago Segura. History The nominations were disclosed in November 2019. Organised by EGEDA, the awards had the participation of the Madrid City Council, Ayuntamiento de Madrid, the Community of Madrid and RTVE, and the collaboration of Ibercaja, Mercedes-Benz, ICAA (Spain), ICAA, L'Oréal, AISGE, FIPCA, Alta Pavina and Cornejo. The ceremony was hosted at the IFEMA Palacio Municipal, Madrid's Palacio Municipal de Congresos on 11 January 2020. IFEMA Palacio Municipal
The IFEMA Palacio Municipal, formerly known as Palacio Municipal de Congresos, is a convention centre in Madrid, Spain. It is located near the IFEMA's main fairground complex in the Campo de las Naciones area. It is operated by IFEMA since 2019. History It is located in the Corralejos neighborhood, Barajas district. Designed by Ricardo Bofill, building works lasted from March 1991 to May 1993. The building was inaugurated on 19 October 1993. Since 1995, when the Goya Awards moved from the similarly named Palacio de Congresos in the Paseo de la Castellana, the venue has hosted several editions of the awards' ceremonies. Los Secretos
Los Secretos are a Spanish rock band founded in Madrid in 1978 and often associated with the movida madrileña movement. The band's lineup has undergone many changes over the years, beginning with the successive deaths of two of their drummers, Canito (1979) and Pedro A. Díaz (1984), both to traffic accidents. In their early years, the core of the band was made up of the three Urquijo brothers, Álvaro, Enrique, and Javier. Javier left the band in the mid-80's, and Enrique died of a drug overdose in 1999, leaving Álvaro as the sole remaining founding member. The band's current lineup consists of Álvaro Urquijo (vocals and guitars), Ramón Arroyo (guitars), Jesús Redondo (keyboards), Juanjo Ramos (bass), and Santi Fernández (drums). ''Alone'' ( es, Solas, links=no) is a 1999 Spanish film written and directed by Benito Zambrano which stars María Galiana, Ana Fernández, Carlos Álvarez, and Antonio Dechent.
