The 2024 NCAA Division II men's basketball tournament was a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division II college basketball in the United States, the culmination of the 2023–24 NCAA Division II men's basketball season. The tournament again featured 64 teams, with teams placed into one of eight geographically oriented, eight-team regionals. The first three rounds were played on campus sites while the national quarterfinal (Elite Eight), semifinal, and championship rounds were held at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana, from March 26–30, 2024. Minnesota State topped defending champions Nova Southeastern 88–85 in the championship game, on a three-pointer by Kyreese Willingham with 0.8 seconds left to win their first national championship. The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) is a college athletic conference affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level. 2023 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2023 NCAA Division II men's basketball tournament was the single-elimination tournament to determine the annual national champion of men's NCAA Division II college basketball in the United States. The championship rounds were held from March 21–25, 2023 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. Nova Southeastern won their first ever national championship, beating West Liberty 111–101 in the championship game. The Sharks also completed a perfect 36–0 season, the first team to do so since Northwest Missouri State in 2019. Northwest Missouri State Bearcats Men's Basketball
The Northwest Missouri State Bearcats men's basketball team represents Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, in the NCAA Division II men's basketball competition. The team is currently coached by Ben McCollum, who has been at the helm since 2009. The Bearcats currently compete, and are one of two founding members remaining, of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA). The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys and Golden Suns are the athletic teams that represent Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas. They are a charter member of the Great American Conference of the NCAA Division II. Sports sponsored Arkansas Tech currently fields 10 sports at the NCAA Division II level. Wonder Boys sports Football John Tucker is ultimately responsible for the idiosyncratic nickname "Wonder Boys" for Arkansas Tech University. Gannon University is a private Catholic university in Erie, Pennsylvania. Gannon University has approximately 4,500 students and 46,000 alumni.
